inland settlements
This exhibit guides visitors through Neolithic communities, revealing the growth of larger, more organised societies working together. As communities expand, roles become increasingly specialised, with hunters, gatherers, herders, and foragers joined by basket weavers, arrow-tip makers, and emerging leadership figures. Through these scenes, the exhibit illustrates how cooperation and skill-sharing laid the foundations for complex social life.
